One of my goals this year has been to eat healthier and I am so happy I’ve found the best California Veggie Burger to help me stay on track.
It can be hard to plan lunches out when you’re a busy work at home mom.
With my busy schedule of homeschooling and keeping up with my business I wanted something easy for lunch to put together.
Not having enough time to eat healthy is always an excuse I give myself. But, with the recipe below there are no excuses because it doesn’t take much time at all to throw together a healthy meal.
BUBBA Burger makes the best frozen veggie burgers!
They have several different flavors to choose from including delicious tasting Original BUBBA Veggie, Veggie with White Beans, Veggie with Beets, and Latin Grill Veggie.
I love the unique spin BUBBA puts on their veggie burgers using whole vegetables and grains. The white bean burger, for example, contains delicious chunks of vegetables with brown rice, garbanzo and white beans, kale, quinoa, and sage!
We live in California so having burgers topped with fresh avocados is one of my favorites.
I love that I can recreate my favorite burger with BUBBA veggie burgers without sacrificing the flavor.
Making a California Veggie Burger is so easy with BUBBA burgers. You can use your favorite flavor and top it with fresh ingredients to make your California burger taste great!
I like to keep my California burgers healthy using light cheese, dressing, and a whole grain bun!

These California Veggie Burgers are a great healthy lunch idea for work or at home. White bean burger patties taste amazing with avocado and cheese.
Overall it only takes about 15 minutes to prep and cook a BUBBA Veggie Burger!
They are really easy to make! You could definitely have them for lunch at the office if you prep them in the microwave according to the box instructions.
If you work at home like me, I love the extra crisp you get cooking them with a little olive oil in a skillet.
Save even more calories by using an avocado spread instead of sauce.
You could also use a lettuce wrap and let go of the cheese for a completely plant based lunch! BUBBA Veggie Burgers have so much flavor you really don’t need a whole lot of toppings for them to taste good.
