I’m all about convenient and easy meals for my family. These Cream Cheese Chicken Pockets are one of my favorite family dinners to have on a busy night.

This is one of those recipes that tastes like you slaved over it all day, but in reality it only takes about 20 minutes to make.

How do I make an easy cream cheese chicken bake?

You’re gonna love this recipe because it really is so easy. Only 4 ingredients you guys!

We’ve been making these chicken pockets for years and the whole family loves them. One chicken pocket is more than enough for one person. They are so filling!

They are easy to adapt too if you have a large or smaller family.

I like to keep canned chicken on hand for this recipe because it can keep so long in your pantry +

Ingredients:

  • 2 Packs of cream cheese softened
  • 4 rolls of ready to make croissants
  • 3 cans of chopped chicken drained
  • Chopped green onions
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease 1-2 large baking sheets
  2. In a large bowl mix cream cheese, chicken, chopped green onions, and salt & pepper to taste
  3. Open your first croissant pack and tear them into rectangles
  4. Lay out four rectangles of croissant dough on your pan. (So, each rectangle will have 2 croissants stuck together)
  5. Add a large spoonful of chicken mixture to each croissant square.
  6. Open your next pack of croissants and cover each rectangle with another croissant rectangle pinching the edges to close them.
  7. Repeat process for your 2nd baking sheet
  8. Bake according to directions on your croissant package
