One of our favorite things to eat at Disneyland is there Monte-Cristo Sandwiches. That sweet and savory is the best! So, I wanted to try my own take on an Easy Baked Monte-Cristo Sandwich at home!
…and they are even better in my opinion!
These Monte-Cristo Sandwiches are Disney inspired and easy to make at home for a family dinner or party appetizer.

I’m sure you could use just about any kind of bread for this recipe. To make it easier I love using Hawaiian Rolls!
Hawaiian Rolls are soft and flavorful. They absorb the egg mixture well and make cute little sandwiches/sliders you can serve to family or party guests.
Make this recipe with Hawaiian Rolls or play around with your favorite rolls/bread and let me know how it turns out in the comments below!
For this Monte Cristo Sliders recipe I like to top it with Strawberry or Raspberry sauce. It gives it more of that sweet and savory flavor I love so much.
You could serve these sandwiches with the sauce drizzled on the top, served on the side for dipping, or plain with just powdered sugar if you want it less sweet.
Making these baked sliders is super simple… they really are easy to put together.
Bake these mini sandwiches for a family dinner or crowd pleasing appetizer or meal. You could separate and serve individually with toothpicks for party guests.
Since the members of our family are such huge fans of the Disney Monte Cristo Sandwiches we love to recreate them using this recipe for dinner often!
They look so cute on our Dinner plates from Stone + Lain!
