Easy Holiday Stuffed Pork Roast

This is a sponsored post for SheSpeaks/Kraft Heinz. All content is my own.

What I love most about fall and winter holidays is the food. We have some memorable recipes that have been passed down and we try some new ones each year.

Stuffed pork roast is one of my favorites. The stuffing makes it taste so amazing and it is great for a holiday meal.

Christmas is going to be so different this year celebrating at home with just our family. So I want to make it as normal and fun as possible with a nice dinner and I know this stuffed pork roast will be a beautiful centerpiece dish my family will love.

Making the Holidays Perfect for Your Family at Home

Even though it’s not possible to have a large family gathering for the holidays this year there are still a lot of ways to make them special.

  • Your holiday dinner may be smaller, but the positive side is that it will be even more special and intimate with your immediate family and very close friends.
  • You can make special and sentimental holiday dishes. Using products I know and love in my recipes, such as Kraft Heinz® products makes me feel so nostalgic for my grandma’s old recipes!
  • Use easy recipes that you’ll family will love to take the pressure off. STOVE TOP Stuffing and OSCAR MAYER Naturally Hardwood Smoked Bacon make it easy to make my stuffed pork roast, a comforting holiday meal that has familiar tastes from my childhood.

I love shopping at Walmart during the holidays because it’s close to home and I save so much money. It’s especially convenient this year because they have grocery pickup and delivery. So, I can shop from the comfort of my home and they will put all the groceries in my trunk for me!

Is it better to cook a pork roast covered or uncovered?

I like to cook my stuffed pork roast uncovered. It gives it more color on top, which I like for serving for a holiday party or family get-together.

Since this recipe is a bacon-wrapped pork loin, cooking it uncovered gives it that crispy golden brown color that looks really pretty in a holiday spread

How can I make the best stuffed pork roast?

Making a holiday stuffed pork roast is soooo easy, especially using STOVE TOP Stuffing and OSCAR MAYER Bacon, which speed up the process a bit!

Using a high quality bacon, such as OSCAR MAYER helps hold the roast together better while it’s baking in the oven.

This roast is the perfect size to feed your family at home and it will look beautiful on the table too.

6. Spread the filling out over the tenderloin, leaving about an inch around the edges for rolling.

7. Start rolling the tenderloin back up, lengthwise.

8. Wrap your tenderloin in bacon until it is covered and place in a casserole dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, facing down where the edges of the bacon meet.

9. Bake for 35 minutes, bacon should be golden brown. Serve with steamed mixed veggies.
