But, sometimes electronics can become too much. Even though we may need them in our lives, there is definitely a balance.

As a work at home mom making a disconnect from technology is tough.
Technology is how I make my living at home typing on my phone and computer for hours per day.
The big hurdles for moms like me is how do I disconnect when my job literally requires me to use technology night and day.
There are several ways you can set create a disconnect from technology while still maintaining your work and leaving time for down time.
While this is a personal choice, no you don’t need to completely unplug from technology.
I love binge watching my favorite show as much as the next mom. My son can even talk me into picking up a controller to game with him every now and then.
Now I know what your thinking. How will I know what time it is? I have dance recital, soccer practice, and a scheduled appointment for work.
I really love having a regular watch for this. Jord makes the most beautiful wooden watches that fit all styles.
