30-Minute Breaded Chicken With Roasted Veggies
This breaded chicken with roasted veggies recipe is a family favorite that only takes 30 minutes to make with minimal ingredients. Definitely a must have for those busy nights, when you need something easy to throw together.
    1. In a 13×9 baking sheet arrange your veggies and chicken cutlets (I like to line my pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking)
    2. With a basting brush, brush olive oil on the veggies
    3. Sprinkle a bit of seasoning salt on top of the veggies
    4. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until veggies are golden brown
    5. Serve
