We all want what’s best for our new baby’s, which makes it hard when making decisions like the best bottles to buy for your newborn.
While it’s great that there are so many types of bottles available (bottles that mimic breastfeeding, bottles for anti-colic, glass bottles, plastic bottles) it is difficult to know which one is best… and what’s best for one baby may not be best for another.
One pediatrician does a fantastic job weighing the risks of choosing plastic baby bottles over glass. Suggesting glass or stainless steel bottles may be best for newborn baby for safety reasons.
To help you choose the baby bottle that’s best for you we will dive into the pros and cons of the most popular brands available to help you make the best informed decision for your new baby.
To ease the cost of raising a baby I suggest buying essentials such as baby bottles as early as possible. You can start shopping for these things during pregnancy, so you’ll be ready when baby arrives.
Keep in mind your plans for baby, whether you plan on breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or both. I think it’s a good idea to have a few bottles on hand either way because you never know when plans will change and you’ll end up needing bottles, even if it’s only to supplement for a while.
