For a lot of new moms having access to a high quality breast pump is a necessity.

Breast Pumps are expensive, so finding a quality pump and good customer service is important.

But, what if the breast pump you paid good money for never came?

Recently I was made aware of moms who paid $1,000 for their pump from Naya Health, but never received it.

Naya promised high performing pumps with a new design that used water instead of air. But, they didn’t deliver on their promise to new moms.

To make matters worse these moms didn’t even get a response when inquiring about these pumps from the company.  

According to a CNBC article some of these moms who actually received a breast pump from Naya Health had problems with the machine shutting down and contaminating the milk.

At this point it appears Naya Health has stopped delivering breast pumps and responding to mother’s. Although their website is still up and running. 

A lot of moms are left feeling upset and are not sure where to go from here.

Not having a breast pump could be detrimental to new mom and baby. It could hinder their milk supply, ability to work, or utilize child care without a way to pump.
