How can I make baked ham and cheese sliders?
Make these Ham and Cheese Sliders in a jiffy for your next backyard party or brunch!
Hawaiian rolls are super easy to use for this recipe because you can just slice them right down the middle, without having to pull them apart.
You can serve them individually as an appetizer and they really do look pretty on a brunch table.
Ingredients:
- Pack of 12 King’s Hawaiian rolls
- 1 Pack sliced deli ham
- 1 Pack sliced swiss cheese
- 2 tbs. honey mustard
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick butter melted
- pinch of chopped parsley
- 1 tbs onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a greased baking sheet.
- Slice the King’s Hawaiian Rolls in half.
- Lay the bottom half on the pan and layer ham slices, then swiss cheese slices
- In a medium bowl whisk together eggs, milk, and honey mustard
- Spread egg mixture evenly over the underside of the other half of bread
- Place the top half of bread on top of the bottom half
- In a medium bowl whisk together butter, onion powder, parsley, and garlic salt
- Brush butter mixture on top of the sliders
- Bake in the oven at 350 for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown on top
