Ingredients:
- Fresh Berries
- First Street Double Berry Cheesecake Ice Cream (Find this at Smart & Final)
- 1 stick of Cream Cheese softened
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- boysenberry syrup
Instructions:
- Beat together sugar and cream cheese until fluffy
- In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, powder, and salt
- Slowly mix flour mixture into cream cheese mixture
- Mix in eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter
- Slowly mix in milk
- Cook pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side on a greased griddle or skillet
