Breakfast has always been my favorite meal. If I don’t eat a good breakfast it’s a grumpier morning for mom, which I’m sure isn’t as fun for my kids.
Most of our mornings are busy and chaotic as we try to fight through the sleepiness to get lunches packed and everyone out the door for school and work.
Since I take Jonas to school in the morning I like to have an easy grab and go breakfast that I can put together in a breeze. If I’m running errands with my toddler that morning it’s even better to have a breakfast I can stick in my purse and eat in the car.
Here are some easy grab n go breakfast ideas to get you going in the morning!
Creating an Easy Grab “n” Go Breakfast
For the easiest breakfast lately I’ve been loving belVita breakfast biscuits. They are really versatile and come in a wide variety of flavors, so it’s easy to mix it up and not get bored with the same daily breakfast!
Did I mention they make for a healthy breakfast too? I love that they have fiber and whole grain to keep me going through my morning.
One of my favorite ways to make them is spreading some yogurt on top with sliced fruit. This week I had the toasted coconut flavor with some plain greek yogurt, a tiny bit of honey, and bananas on top.
This kept me full almost through lunch and was oh so tasty!
If you are in an extra big hurry just take the belVita breakfast biscuits and throw a pack in your purse. Super easy to pull out and eat on the road, at the grocery store, or while waiting to get a nail pulled out of your tire (that was an unfortunate errand we had to run this week).
They are easy to find at Walmart! In our store they were in the aisle display.
What’s your favorite grab n go breakfast? Have you tried belVita biscuits? I’d love to hear from you in the comments below!

I’m always on the lookout for healthy breakfast ideas! I eat a lot of granola bars when I’m in a rush, and I need some variety.

Hi Melissa! The BelVita biscuits are great for variety because there are so many flavors. You can also add a variety of different yogurt and fruit to the top. :)
