    Keep an eye on coupons and deals at your local stores on over the counter medicine. It’s great to stock up on cold medicine, tissues, cough drops, and other necessities when they are on sale.

  3. Keep your medicine cabinet well stocked

    Take a look at your medicine cabinet to see what you are low on. Are you running out of bandages, cold medicine, ibuprofen? It might be good to keep these things stocked up for a family emergency. Using the tips above to find great deals, your medicine cabinet will be looking great in no time.     This is a simple, but powerful tip. Washing your hands often can prevent so many illnesses for you and your family.

  8. Have a family health meeting

    Talk to your kids about things they can do to stay healthy. Start eating more fruits and vegetables as a family or talk about the importance of hand washing.
