What do I need to make Pressure Cooker Teriyaki Chicken?
I make this for a family of 5, so you can use less chicken and rice to serve less people.
This is the easiest teriyaki chicken recipe! You can throw most of the ingredients in your pressure cooker and it only takes a few minutes to saute the veggies. “Kids love it too!”
- 8 frozen boneless skinless chicken breast pieces
- 1 lb white rice
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 bottle of your favorite teriyaki sauce
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 3 cups Frozen stir fry mix
- 1 tbs. olive oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
How do I make Pressure Cooker Teriyaki Chicken?
- Add the rice to your pressure cooker
- Place the chicken on top of the rice
- Add in water, 1/2 the bottle of teriyaki sauce, and garlic
- Add salt & pepper to taste. About 1 tsp each.
- Set pressure cooker to high pressure for 13 minutes
- In a heated skillet add olive oil
- Saute about 3 cups of frozen stir fry mix adding in the other half of the teriyaki sauce until veggies are cooked through (about 10-15 minutes)
