I’ve entered a whole new level of mom overwhelm this school year. So, I’ve been trying to find survival hacks that make it easier to keep my kids healthy, happy, and entertained. While, making my job a little easier.

With three kids I sometimes feel life is moving a million miles an hour. If only we had a few more hours in each day.

Read on below to find out about a few things that have been helpful getting us through this school year that I think you’ll love too!

Mederma Scar Cream for Kids

With little ones you never really know what is going to happen next. Kids love adventuring including mine and those adventures have resulted in a few scars.

School has started and that gives more opportunities for ouchies from sports, dance, and running around on the playground.

We love Mederma because it has been clinically shown to reduce the appearance of scars that your kids may not want others to see. It’s so easy to use and fun for kids too when it comes out purple and turns clear as you rub it in. No yucky smells either!

Mederma uses cepalin® botanical extract to reduce appearance of scars that are old and new from everything to burns, insect bites, scrapes, surgeries, and stitches.

If you start using Mederma for kids as soon as the wound is closed you can use daily for 8 weeks. For old wounds you should use for 3-6 months.

Make sure wounds have healed, scabs have come off, and stitches have been removed before use.

MyWish4U Lunch Notes

Make your kids day brighter with MyWish4U Lunch Notes. Each pack of these lunch notes come with 101 sheets of unique messages for your kids!

They are colorful and fun with a blank side for you to write a personal note or drawing. You can easily tear off a note and put it in their lunch bag for school, activities, or just a cute note during breakfast or lunch at home.

MyWish4U notes are both fun and educational, so your kids can learn new things each day while sharing with their friends.

These notes could be used by teachers, parents, caregivers, or anyone who works with children. It’s so inexpensive at $4.99 for a pack of 100 notes.

STEM Like a Girl Book

If your daughter is anything like mine they have a love for experimenting and science. I love that there are more things out there for girls to empower them in a love of science, just like the STEM Like a Girl book.

This book is full of 15 do-it-yourself activities that reinforce science, technology, engineering, and math concepts. Your kids can do them with you, siblings, or friends.

I love the confident girls profiled throughout the book that share their favorite things about science and experimenting.

Strong Is the New Pretty author, Kate T. Parker says: “It’s so important for our girls to know they’re smart, capable and creative because THEY ARE. STEM Like a Girl helps our girls to see the world around them as accessible and within reach through inspiring the creativity that is already there.”

Giving our girls the tools to develop the love of STEM is so important and this book is really inspiring for young girls.
