One of our favorite things to eat at Disneyland is there Monte-Cristo Sandwiches. That sweet and savory is the best! So, I wanted to try my own take on an Easy Baked Monte-Cristo Sandwich at home!
…and they are even better in my opinion!
These Monte-Cristo Sandwiches are Disney inspired and easy to make at home for a family dinner or party appetizer.

What kind of bread works best for Monte Cristo Sandwiches?
I’m sure you could use just about any kind of bread for this recipe. To make it easier I love using Hawaiian Rolls!
Hawaiian Rolls are soft and flavorful. They absorb the egg mixture well and make cute little sandwiches/sliders you can serve to family or party guests.

Monte Cristo Sauce
For this Monte Cristo Sliders recipe I like to top it with Strawberry or Raspberry sauce. It gives it more of that sweet and savory flavor I love so much.
You could serve these sandwiches with the sauce drizzled on the top, served on the side for dipping, or plain with just powdered sugar if you want it less sweet.
How can I make the best baked Monte Cristo Sliders?
Making these baked sliders is super simple… they really are easy to put together.
Bake these mini sandwiches for a family dinner or crowd pleasing appetizer or meal. You could separate and serve individually with toothpicks for party guests.
Since the members of our family are such huge fans of the Disney Monte Cristo Sandwiches we love to recreate them using this recipe for dinner often!

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of 12 Kings Hawaiian Rolls
- Sliced Swiss Cheese
- Sliced Ham
- Sliced Turkey
- Raspberry Jam
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbs. Honey Mustard
- 1 stick Melted Butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Strawberry or Raspberry Sauce (Find near the ice cream toppings)
Instructions:
- Cut your Hawaiian Rolls in half. I like to cut the whole 12 pack of rolls right down the middle.
- Lay half of your rolls on a greased baking sheet bottom side down.
- Spread a light layer of jam on your rolls.
- Top evenly with ham, turkey, and swiss cheese slices.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, and honey mustard
- Spread egg mixture over the top half of your Hawaiian Rolls.
- Cover the bottom half of your sandwiches with the top half of your Hawaiian Rolls.
- Brush melted butter on top of your rolls.
- Bake in oven at 350 for about 15 minutes. Tops of the rolls should be golden brown and cheese should be melted.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on top then drizzle strawberry sauce. (You can also serve sauce on the side for dipping.
