Confidence is so important in my daily life as a mom and blogger.
It’s amazing the effect confidence can have on someone. It can be applied to almost every aspect of my life.
On the days I find my confidence I feel like a better mom, blogger, wife, friend, and better at all the other endless jobs that accompany being a stay at home mom.
Feeling good in my own skin gives me more energy, drive, and passion to accomplish my daily goals while having high self confidence!
There are so many simple things you can do to increase your everyday confidence. I find more confidence when I surround myself with things that make me happy.
Bright sticky notes to write myself reminders or inspirational quotes helps give me confidence in my writing. I also love having brightly colored markers for the same effect.
Music is a big part of my life and I love to put on an album while I’m writing, cleaning, cooking, and playing with my kids. It really does uplift and bring confidence into my day as well as my kids. They love dancing around and singing with me.
Taking a mommy break for me to read, even for 10 minutes is personally confidence building. I enjoy reading YA books whenever I get a chance!
Getting dressed and putting on my makeup always gives me a confidence boost too. It’s easy as a stay at home mom to let things like this go.
I love putting on a happy floral scent like Vera Wang Marigold and Gardenia to make myself feel confident in my own skin and ready to take on the day.
When it comes to confidence and moms the key is to take the time out to do these simple things and celebrate yourself.
