I’m so excited to be partnered with the Boys & Girls Club of America to raise awareness for their My.Future STEM program for kids!
It is so important that our kids our learning the skills that STEM education brings to make their future’s brighter. Especially since the need for STEM careers grows each year!
As a mother I want my children to be exposed to this type of education. They have been lucky to have access to STEM programs and activities at home, school, and through community programs like My.Future at the Boys & Girls Club.
When I heard about the My.Future STEM programming I was excited to share more about what it had to offer.
My son Jonas loves STEM and has really grown into a math and science whiz at school the past couple of years. So, I know he would love attending this program.
This is just one of the many programs that The Boys and Girls Club has to offer.
I can really see the difference The Boys & Girls Club makes in our community because my sister works with the children there during the school year after school and during the summer. Hearing the stories from her about the differences they make in children’s lives is truly inspiring!
They not only provide a safe haven for many children that have working parents, but they also provide life changing education and tools that will help children succeed.
Boys & Girls Club My.Future STEM Program For Kids
One of these programs at the Boys & Girls Club is My.Future, STEM programming for kids. The platform is so cool because it gets kids interested in STEM by using things they are already interested in.
What a great way to bridge that summer learning gap for your kids!
There are several extensions of the program such as robotics, game design, programming, and more. Kids have several areas to explore and learn!
Through the My.Future program kids are given access to computers and technology. Allowing them to grow their interests in things that will carry with them through high school, college, and beyond.
You can find out even more about My.Future HERE and in the video below!
Do your kids love STEM activities? How have your kids or community benefited from The Boys & Girls Club and/or My.Future? I would love to hear from you in the comments below!
