How to Set Up a Baby Sleep Schedule | Baby Sleep Site Review

Setting up a baby sleep schedule can seem stressful. Even to a second or third time parent.

We want our babies to feel safe and loved all of the time!

Since there are different sleep solutions that work for different families and different babies it can be hard to trust….

Which sleep strategy will work for my family, my baby, and for me?

Do I need a baby sleep schedule?

If your baby’s sleeping patterns are getting in the way of your emotional well being then it probably wouldn’t hurt to try some baby sleep strategies.

Sleep deprivation can lead to depression, eye twitching, and irritability.

These symptoms can make it more difficult to care for your other children and baby during the day.

If you’re a working mom the situation might be even more difficult with the addition of waking up early and working through the day.

What is a good baby sleep schedule?

A good baby sleep schedule is one that works with your family taking into account the specific needs of you and your baby.

No two babies or families have the same needs. So, your sleep strategy needs to work well for you and baby.

I’ve successfully used sleep strategies with all of my babies. Although they may not work perfectly to get our baby to sleep through the night. We always end up with more sleep on average when sticking with a sleep strategy plan!

For baby sleep I always recommend the Baby Sleep Site. The main reason because they are so flexible for families with different needs.

I’ve discussed their amazing resources below so you can learn more!

The Baby Sleep Site Review

The Baby Sleep Site is much more than a website because it has everything you need for getting you and your baby the much needed sleep you want and need.

It’s very affordable if you are trying to raise baby on a budget!

Here are some of the ways The Baby Sleep Site has helped me:

Help planning toddler’s sleep schedule

Answers for common sleep problems

Help for any living situation or environment

A much needed support system

Plenty of information on how baby and toddler should be sleeping

One on one help from an expert[/su_box]

The Baby Sleep Site has literally everything you need to know about baby sleep and is perfect to dive into during your sleepless nights with your baby.

Isn’t that the most likely time you would figure out the answers to baby sleep?

One of my favorite parts about the site to help your baby get to sleep is their members area. It’s a monthly subscription that has the best value for the amount of services you get. Including how to make your baby’s sleep schedule.

The Baby Sleep Site Members Area Resource for New Moms

In the members area you will find the best tool to plan your newborns sleep schedule. What I love so much about developing their sleep schedule with The Baby Sleep Site is that it is tailored to your personal schedule.

You get to decide when you would like your newborn to go to sleep or wake up and they can come up with a schedule for you. This can be done for your toddler too!

I like to plan our bedtime for the kids around my husband’s schedule and when he can help me put our toddler to bed after work and dinner. So, I was able to come up with a time that worked for both of us and make a schedule for both of our babies.

Does your baby have sleep problems?

After you’ve made your schedule you can tackle sleep problems in several ways using the strategies they provide throughout their site and in their e-books.

Baby Sleep Site E-Books are an amazing resource to get your baby, toddler, or child sleeping!

There is an e-book for each stage of your baby/child’s life to get them sleeping! As a member you get access to these e-books!

If you have questions on any page of the e-books just leave a comment below any page. An expert sleep consultant will answer your questions for you!

Still having problems? There is a support chat room with moms just like you where you can lean on each other for help. If you attend the chat during specific times you can even speak with an expert.

Membership also gives you a 20% discount to their services, like personal consultations where you can meet one on one with a consultant, develop a plan, and work through sleep issues together!

My favorite thing about The Baby Sleep Site membership area is- no judgement. There really is a sleep plan for everyone! If you are co-sleeping, have two babies in the same room, or have a later than usual bedtime you can find answers to get your babies sleeping here.

Our Baby Sleep Site ResultsHow to Set Up a Newborn Sleep Schedule | Baby Sleep Site Review

We used The Baby Sleep Site with our toddler when she was a little baby and it helped us get her into a good sleeping schedule.

What was staying up all night every night turned into a good 8 hours of sleep per night routine.

She is co-sleeping with us now, but still has most of those good sleep habits!

We’ve now used The Baby Sleep Site to develop a better sleep schedule for our toddler and one for our newborn. I’m already getting a bit more sleep every night and am so excited to see how much more we can improve.

What sleep problems are you having with your baby/toddler? Do you have any sleep goals? Tell me about it in the comments below!

Thanks for the tips! I haven’t had my son yet (I’m due in July), but I can imagine those first 2-3 weeks and it’s kind of daunting.

Hi Amber, I totally remember the feeling of being a first time mom and calling my mom for every little thing. Good luck on your delivery! — Sammy
